Natalie Fort is a distinguished Ghanaian media executive, entrepreneur, global advocate, and institution builder whose career spans broadcast journalism, governance advisory, business facilitation, and humanitarian leadership. With over a decade of influence across national and international platforms, she is widely recognised as one of Ghana’s most credible female voices in media, civic leadership, and public affairs.

Her public journey began early. At just 13, Natalie entered the professional world as a model, and by 15, she represented Ghana at the Miss Princess of the World Pageant, marking the beginning of a career defined by poise, discipline, and global representation.

Natalie currently serves as a Senior Broadcast Journalist and Host of The Natalie Fort Show on GHOne TV, under EIB Network, Africa’s fastest-growing media conglomerate. Her journalism is known for its depth, balance, and human-centred analysis of governance, diplomacy, and socio-economic issues. Previously, she was a Lead News Anchor at TV3 Network (Media General Group) and hosted the influential “Women’s Take” programme on 3FM, helping shape national conversations around leadership, inclusion, and policy.

Beyond media, Natalie is the Founder and President of the Fort Group, a diversified lifestyle, media, business facilitation, strategic communications, and humanitarian organisation. Through its subsidiaries and initiatives, the Fort Group positions itself as a trusted platform for storytelling, leadership development, institutional partnerships, and social impact across Africa and beyond. She is also the Founder of the Fort Foundation, the Group’s humanitarian arm.

A committed advocate for democratic governance, Natalie currently serves as Special Advisor to the Executive Chairman of the 16th Council on Democracy, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law, following her previous role as Program Director within the Council. In this advisory capacity, she contributes strategic insight to governance reform, institutional accountability, and civic leadership.

Her global exposure includes reporting and coverage of major international forums, including the 47th Ordinary Session of the African Union and the Doha Forum 2025, positioning her as a media professional with first-hand engagement in high-level diplomacy and global policy dialogue.

Natalie is also the Ghana Ambassador for the GOTNI Leadership Centre, where she supports leadership development, ethical governance, and capacity-building initiatives.

Her leadership and influence have been recognised locally and internationally. She is a recipient of multiple honours, including the Excellent Personality Merit Award, the Gold Star Order of the Companion of Honour Award, Emerging Television Personality of the Year, and the Global Recognition Award (2035) by the Global Entrepreneurship Awards, acknowledging her impact as a media entrepreneur and institution builder. She is also an inductee of the Ghana Feminine Hall of Fame.

Through the Natalie Fort Coaching & Mentorship Program, she remains deeply committed to empowering young men and women with clarity, confidence, discipline, and ethical leadership skills. She also serves on several influential boards, including the World Sustainability Organization, the Ghana Philanthropy Forum, and as Global Chair of the Media, Arts & Communication Wing of Club G100.

Sika Twum

Sika Twum is a highly accomplished Leadership Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, Career Development Consultant, and Speaker with over 30 years of professional experience across leadership development, human potential, organisational transformation, and women-centred coaching. She serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Natalie Fort Coaching & Mentorship Program, where she provides strategic guidance, curriculum insight, and quality assurance to support the programme’s mission of developing ethical, confident, and purpose-driven leaders.
Within the Fort Group ecosystem, Sika plays a critical advisory role—helping shape the coaching philosophy, leadership frameworks, and facilitation standards that define the Mentorship & Coaching Program. Her contribution ensures the programme remains globally relevant, psychologically grounded, and practically transformative for participants across diverse backgrounds.
Sika’s coaching practice is rooted in a people-centred and systems-aware approach. She is widely recognised for her ability to challenge limiting beliefs, disrupt outdated practices, and guide individuals toward self-awareness, confidence, and sustainable success. Over the course of her career, she has worked extensively with CEOs, senior managers, emerging leaders, and women in leadership across both public and private sectors.
She has served as a Coach for MTN Women in Technology and other reputable organisations, supporting clients—across gender and professional levels—to develop authentic confidence, self-leadership, voice, visibility, and purpose alignment. Her work has facilitated measurable transformation within organisations and individual lives across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the United States.
Academically, Sika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology, Guidance, and Counselling from the University of Port Harcourt and a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester. She is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner and Trainer, a Certified International Gestalt and Systems Development Practitioner, a John Maxwell Team Member, and a Woman-Centred Feminine Power Coach.
Her professional affiliations include membership in the Gestalt Africa Community of Practice, the Association of Coaching Practitioners Ghana, and the Association of Human Resource Management Practitioners in Ghana. She is the Founder and CEO of Self Search Ghana Limited, a human development solutions firm, and the Founder of “Becoming My Best Self” Coaching, a women-centred leadership and empowerment platform.
In addition to her advisory role with the Fort Group, Sika serves as a Career Development Consultant for the World University Service of Canada (WUSC), where she trains and certifies Career Service Providers within selected TVET institutions. She is also the Lead Career Consultant for the UWZ Partner Africa Project, where she is developing a transition toolkit to support students moving from Electrical Engineering into Solar Energy–related occupations.

Scholastica Arthur

Scholastica Arthur is a media and communications professional with experience in Ghana’s broadcast industry, where she has contributed to television and radio production over the past three years.
She holds a Certificate in Engineering Broadcast Technology from the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) Engineering Training School. Through her technical and production support roles, she has contributed to notable programmes including the award-winning GTV Breakfast Show on GTV and the award-winning lifestyle talk show, The Natalie Fort Show on GHOne TV.
At Fort Group, Scholastica serves as Executive Secretary and Sustainability Partnerships Facilitator, where she supports media coordination, stakeholder engagement, and public relations activities. She also assists in coordinating media and public relations briefings through Fort Group’s media and communications arm (FMC), particularly in relation to sustainability initiatives conducted in partnership with the World Sustainability Organization.
Beyond broadcast media, she has also worked as an audio technician on Bible translation projects, supporting the conversion of scripture from print to audio formats in several African languages including Tupuri, Mafa, Bassa, Musgum, and Guiziga.
Scholastica is multilingual and speaks English and French, with working knowledge of German.

Jesisca Twumasi

Ms. Jesisca Twumasi is the Lead Coordinator of the Natalie Fort Coaching & Mentorship Program, the flagship leadership and empowerment initiative of the Fort Group. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic coordination, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and participant development that underpin the programme’s impact on young men and women across Ghana and beyond.

As Lead Coordinator, Jesisca oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of the Mentorship & Coaching Program, working closely with Natalie Fort, facilitators, mentors, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure the programme delivers structured, values-driven, and outcome-oriented leadership development. Her work ensures alignment with the Fort Group’s broader mission of ethical leadership, institutional excellence, and social impact.

Jesisca brings to this role a strong background in public administration, governance, and advocacy. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accounting) from University of Ghana. This academic foundation supports her structured, systems-oriented approach to programme management and leadership development.

Her professional experience includes service as an Assistant Budget Analyst at the Ministry of Finance, where she developed strong competencies in planning, accountability, and public-sector operations—skills she now applies to programme coordination and impact measurement within the Fort Group.

Jesisca’s commitment to youth leadership and gender empowerment has been demonstrated through national advocacy roles, including her tenure as 56th National Secretary for Women Development of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) and as Women’s Commissioner of the Students’ Representative Council at the University of Ghana. These experiences strengthened her capacity to mobilise communities, manage large-scale initiatives, and advocate for inclusive leadership.

Currently, she also serves as a High Court Registrar at the Judicial Service of Ghana, reinforcing her grounding in institutional discipline, confidentiality, and the rule of law—values that shape the ethical framework of the Mentorship Program.

Beyond her coordination role, Jesisca contributes to social impact initiatives as Country Lead for the All African Students Union (AASU), supporting projects such as the Keep a Girl in School Project and advocacy around women’s mental health, breast cancer awareness, and menstrual hygiene. She also engages with empowerment networks including Elevate Women Network, Brave Connect GH, and the United Volunteer Network.

Her leadership has been recognised with honours including Female Student Leader of the Year (2023) and Female Icon of the Year (2022) at the SHE Essence Awards.

Within the Fort Group ecosystem, Ms. Jesisca Twumasi serves as a key institutional pillar, translating vision into action and ensuring that the Natalie Fort Coaching & Mentorship Program remains a credible, impactful, and transformative platform for developing the next generation of principled leaders.

Bless Bamfo Adu is a highly skilled visual artist, filmmaker, and media practitioner serving as the Audio-Visual Lead of the Fort Group, where he oversees visual storytelling, media production quality, and audio-visual execution across the Group’s platforms and initiatives.

A First Class graduate in Communication Design from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Bless’s practice integrates photography, cinematography, electronic visualization, animation, and time-based media. His work is defined by a strong process-driven approach, technical precision, and narrative clarity—ensuring that Fort Group’s visual output meets broadcast, institutional, and global standards.

Bless brings hands-on professional experience from EIB Network (GHOne TV, Agoo TV, Starr FM), where he works as a Photographer, Videographer, and Video Editor. His responsibilities include studio and field camera operations, broadcast production, documentary filming, and post-production editing. He was retained as a full-time staff member following internship, in recognition of his performance and professional contribution.

Frederick Hiewo Nimako

Frederick Hiewo Nimako is a dedicated volunteer and project supporter at The Fort Foundation, bringing a wealth of professional experience and a strong commitment to community initiatives. Currently a Sales Manager, Frederick has over 20 years of experience in the interior décor industry with Zoe Creative, where he honed his skills in client relations, creativity, and project support.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the African University College of Communications, providing him with excellent communication and organizational skills that enhance his contributions to the foundation.

As a Volunteer & Project Supporter, Frederick actively assists in foundation initiatives, contributing his expertise and support to help ensure the success of projects, including the Dignity in Motion Project.

Outside of his volunteer work, Frederick enjoys cooking, reading, and football, reflecting his well-rounded personality and strong connection to the community.

Tia Mbatia Motia

Mahami Tia Mbatia Motia is a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician and passionate health advocate who brings a strong blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and community service to the work of Fort Foundation. Born on 5th July 1994 in Accra and originally from Janga in the North East Region, he is currently based in Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana.

He holds a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from the College of Health, Kintampo, and has built a solid professional background through hands-on experience in both clinical practice and public health research. He currently serves as a Medical Laboratory Technician and Tuberculosis Focal Person at Seketia Health Center, where he plays a critical role in diagnostics, patient care, and disease control efforts.

Mahami’s experience also spans national research and data-driven health initiatives, having worked with the Kintampo Health Research Centre and the Ghana Statistical Service as a field officer and data collector on various public health projects. His exposure to clinical environments such as Tamale Teaching Hospital and Sandema Municipal Hospital has further strengthened his practical skills and commitment to quality healthcare delivery.

Beyond his professional work, Mahami has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout his academic journey. He served in multiple leadership roles at the College of Health, including Chairman and General Secretary of the SRC Internal Audit Committee, Public Relations Officer, and Class President. He is also a founder and former General Secretary of the Science Students Association at Sandema Senior High School, reflecting his long-standing commitment to initiative, service, and excellence.

His dedication and impact have earned him several recognitions, including Best SRC PRO at the College of Health, nomination as Most Influential Student, and awards for academic excellence and leadership.

Mahami is known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and people-centered approach. As a Lead Volunteer and Health Support Specialist with Fort Foundation, he plays a key role in supporting health-focused interventions, contributing his expertise to initiatives that improve the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities.

He is driven by a deep commitment to service, a passion for making impact, and a belief in using his skills to support meaningful, life-changing work.

Anim’s professional experience includes internships and volunteer roles at notable media organizations, notably Radio GIJ (2023-present) and Adoa TV (July 2024). These opportunities have honed her editing and storytelling skills, providing valuable hands-on experience. To further enhance her expertise, Anim has completed training in picture editing at Native Media Studios (2023), news writing and editing from STN TV (2023), and fact-checking from Dubawa (2024).

Anim possesses a versatile skill set, including technical proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora) and picture editing (Photoshop). Her writing skills encompass news writing, content creation, and research. Additionally, she excels in communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

A former refugee in Ghana, now settled in his birthplace of Ivory Coast, Emmanuel’s resilience and determination fueled his passion for art, ultimately leading him to become a talented artist in his own right. Eliana Sachelli .A. Adjei is a dynamic and versatile Ghanaian professional. With a passion for human relations, adventure, reading, singing, caregiving, and socialization, Eliana brings a unique blend of skills and interests to her endeavors.

Professionally, Eliana has accumulated extensive experience across various industries. She has worked as a fashion model, scout, and model trainer with Fort Model Management, and held roles as a secretary and salesperson at Oppong Enterprise. Additionally, she has served as a kindergarten attendant at Hansen Road School Complex and teaching assistant at Liladel Creche. Her real estate expertise was honed at Ando Properties, where she worked as a realtor, salesperson, and personal assistant, while also serving as a waitress and cook at Ando’s Restaurant. Eliana has further demonstrated her adaptability by working as a salesperson and model for Monash Collections and Quwame Dwee Collection, and as a salesperson and cashier at Thinkhome Ventures.

Currently, Eliana is the CEO of World Class Ga Komi Heavyweight Champion, her own food company. Throughout her diverse career, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional teamwork, analytical skills, organizational abilities, motivation, reliability, and strong personal relationships. Eliana possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, thrives in high-stress environments, and is creative, punctual, and committed to her duties.
